As a mom of two little girls, twins specifically, I've learned that time is worth it's weight in money X 3, by far! I saw this quote on Pinterest which illustrates in words how I feel...

SO TRUE! So my advice to parents especially with multiples, splurge a little for the sake of having more time with your little ones and to keep your sanity! Here's my top 8 list of baby products that saved me much needed time, helped me keep my sanity, and that I highly recommend!

8 Baby Products I Couldn't Live Without

Baby Trend Diaper Champ

I don't know about you, but I love that I don't have to run out to the trash bin in the garage every time I get a messy diaper. The Baby Trend Diaper Champ locks in the stink and uses regular trash bags, saving you time from running to the trash bin and money by using ordinary trash bags. The Diaper Champ gets an A+ in my book!

Boon Lawn Drying Rack

Another baby product I couldn't live without  is our Boon Lawn bottle Drying Rack. We bought ours from Target but you can find them on Amazon ^^^  or Babies R' Us too. After all the bottles are washed, I set them on the rack to dry. When I'm ready to make bottles they're ready on the counter for me. Another perk to this rack is it's perfectly cute sitting on my countertop!

8 Baby Products I Couldn't Live Without: Contours Tandem Stroller

Contours Tandem Stroller

An awesome baby product especially for twins is my Contours Tandem Stroller . This stroller can hold two car seats, two toddler seats or one of each so it's also great for moms with multiple kids in differing ages. It's lightweight, compact and easy to open and close, even for someone small like me. And even better news, it fits in the trunk of my compact car!  Definitely. A. Must. Have.

Munchkin Dishwasher Basket

Who knew that something like this existed? I didn't! My mother-in-law, aka "live in help", bought two Munchkin Dishwasher Baskets to keep all bottle parts together and make sure they got cleaned properly in the dishwasher. There's a nice little basket on top for bottle nipples and basket for bottle or sippy cup parts. The side also has a spot for attaching things like straws. Added bonus, these are cheap, like $4!

8 Baby Products I Couldn't Live Without: Little Remedies Nose Mist

Little Remedies Saline Spray

This is one baby product I truly couldn't live without. Both my girls were on oxygen when they came home from the NICU and because of that, their noses were stuffy ALL THE TIME! Little Remedies for Noses Saline Spray is perfect because it softens better than saline drops as it filters throughout the nose. I always felt bad because they were on oxygen to help them breathe better, but in some ways it hindered their breathing- this helped ease my mommy mind by clearing their noses. Highly recommend!

Bouncy Chair

This is one thing that a parent with multiples can't live without! I use my bouncy seats every time my twins eat. Just plop them in and bottle feed them! The best benefit of these for me was they could sit upright after they ate to help with their reflux. For my twins, I made sure I had one girly print and another that was geared for boys or gender neutral. I really liked the price of these bouncers from Comfort & Harmony, they were very affordable compared to many others.

Fleece Blanket

So this is my best kept secret from the NICU! My girls were born at 4 lbs 3 oz and 4 lbs 4 oz and because of that, they weren't able to regulate their body temperatures. In the beginning, they received sponge baths to keep their temperatures up, but once they got big enough, they gave them swaddle baths and they absolutely love them to this day! Just wrap your little one up in the fleece blanket and put them in the baby bath, they'll love it I promise. I haven't met any mom who does this and their kids not LOVE their baths. Once they're in, wet down the blanket so they're nice and warm. Uncover one part of the body at a time to soap them up. You can re-wet the blanket throughout to keep them warm and comfortable. Whoever thought of this is a genius!

Dr. Brown's Bottle Warmer

For a long time, my husband and I would wait and wait and wait patiently warming bottles in water. The problem with warming bottles in water is it takes forever! By the time the girls woke up and we changed their diapers, they were starving and their bottles weren't ready. I took a look online and purchased two Dr. Brown's Bottle Warmers and I'm so glad I did! They have been one of the best time savers especially becase I use them SO frequently! This particular bottle warmer is simple and easy to operate and heats them up speedy quick! Love them!!

Lucky for you, you can win one of these time savers for yourself! Find out how to enter below & be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and visit our Facebook and Pinterest pages for future giveaways and posts! Giveaway ends 8/15!

    1. My sister in law owns the bottle drying rack (the green "lawn" and the "tree") and says she regrets buying them. They barely fit anything on them and are really expensive. I bought a regular sized, plain, old fashioned dish drying rack and it is so much more practical. Just because you want something and someone else doesn't want it, it doesn't make them a troll, it just means that they don't want it.

    1. It looks exactly like the one I got at target except mine is a blue/green color. Very practical and easy to use. The only thing I don't like about it is that it comes with a sling which is to lay a newborn on and the sling slips out of place very easily while you are trying to bathe the baby. (My baby is only 7.5 lbs at 6 weeks and it did this with her so it shouldn't be that she's too big.) I do like it though and will go back to using it when she's bigger.

  8. Two days after we brought our daughter home, we gave up on warming bottles in a glass of hot water. We bought a Dr Brown's bottle warmer and LOVED it! Three minutes and it's done! We were waiting close to 10 minutes for bottles to warm up in hot water.
