Freebies, Coupons and Promos for Parents with Multiples and Singletons

Having a baby can definitely put strain on parents' time, energy and financial resources and having multiples can demand even more. New parents have the expensive stuff to get: cribs, car seats,  a stroller and many other necessities. All of these things are usually just a one time purchase and usually have a big price tag but the everyday items can add up to more than chump change too.

Things like diapers, wipes, formula, bottles and rash ointment are things that are used multiple times a day which are obviously not reusable--that is unless you're using cloth diapers.

Speaking from my little experience as a new mom to twin girls, we go through on average:

20 diapers a day
20 wipes a day
24 washed bottles a day

Which makes out to be...

140 diapers a week
140 wipes a week
168 washed bottles a week

OR...

560 diapers a month
560 wipes a month
672 washed bottles a month

That's a lot of diapers, wipes and bottles!

Looking around, you can look at spending any where between $.15 - $.36 a diaper depending on the quality and brand. Before I knew about freebies, coupons or promos offered to parents of multiples, I did some coupon and sale shopping and landed several boxes of name brand diapers at the lowest end of the price range, at $.15 to $.17 a diaper for Huggies and Pampers! Although I got whopping deal, had I known about the many generous things baby product companies send and give for multiples, it may have been easier to get a good deal!

Now back to how many diapers my new born aged twins use in a day, week and month... At $.15 a diaper, our first month worth of diapers would  cost us $84. Now look at the spectrum--the high end of  our monthly diaper cost in the first month could be up to $200 for name brand diapers. I realize that as the children get older, they use less diapers, so this is just an example for the first month.

Below is a list of companies that I contacted about freebies, coupons and promos that they offer to parents of multiples. Feel free to go down this list and get the offers you want as it's very up to date. Hopefully you can save a little money because, after all you do have more than one!

P.S. We're giving away a Dr. Brown's Bottle Warmer!! Ends 8/15! Check it out HERE!

***For those of you who have a singleton, several of these companies may be willing to send coupons or be able to direct you to a place on their website that offers coupons or promotions. When I called Pampers and Luvs, they had a  line specifically dedicated for people who call requesting coupons. :)***

(NOTE: Many of these offers I have not yet received so I will be updating this post with photos and details of what I get so you know if it's worth it to you!)
